Strategic Partnership Agreement

As fellow members of the neighborhood and community, we are committed to being good corporate citizens who value the safety and welfare of our employees and our neighbors. We believe that responsible industrial practices protect the environment and contribute to a healthier place to live and work. Because of this belief, we are committed to continuous improvement, employee environmental

awareness and in fostering leadership for environmental performance from top management. We are committed to evaluating alternative processes and technologies which promote the prevention of pollution and encourage solid environmental performance.

Because of our concern for the environment, we will participate in building partnerships with other Industries, Regulators, the Community and other environmentally conscientious partners. The objective of the partnership is to share and implement pollution-reduction strategies and technologies,

and to improve compliance with the regulations to which we subscribe.

As a partner, we will do our part to help achieve a combined 20% reduction of selected hazardous air pollution emissions by 2007. We are committed to improving safety procedures and operating processes with the overall goals of not only reducing hazardous emissions, but preventing accidental releases.

In partnership with the EPA, State and local partners, I acknowledge that this is a voluntary and non - legally binding agreement.
