ABOUT THE COMPANY
• Praxair Distribution's Package Gas Plant re-packages gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, helium and propylene into a variety of container sizes. These products are distributed to wholesale and retail customers and Praxair stores around the state.
• We serve a wide variety of customers, including semiconductor manufacturers, hospitals and clinics, food processors, welders and general manufacturing.
• The plant was built in 1975 and was acquired by Praxair Distribution in 1995.
• Praxair Distribution Inc has over 5,000 employees in the US and Canada . The Phoenix Plant employees 38 people working in, management, production and distribution.
• Praxair Distribution is part of Praxair Inc., a Fortune 300 company that is one of the largest industrial gases suppliers worldwide. Praxair has 27,000 employees operating in 40 countries.
